[92:10] [92:1] Sensation ascends from root to crown---this is

the Snake.

[92:11] [92:2] While the Lightning carries will downward, the

Snake carries information upward. Every perception begins at the body's

interface with the world---light striking the eye, sound entering the

ear, pressure on the skin---and rises through the nervous system to

consciousness. The Snake is the return current, the feedback loop, the

way the world speaks to the mind.

[92:12] [92:3] Trace it: Light enters your eye. Photoreceptors

fire. Signals travel the optic nerve, reach the visual cortex, are

processed, integrated, interpreted---and suddenly you see. What was

physical stimulus has become conscious experience. The Snake has risen.

[92:13] [92:4] This happens constantly, automatically. The body

is a sensory organ, gathering data from the environment and transmitting

it upward. Most of this never reaches conscious awareness---the immune

system fighting pathogens, the gut digesting food, the brainstem

regulating heartbeat. But all of it is Snake-information, flowing from

matter to mind.

the Mother's action (Gate 24)---substance reporting to form. If the

Father speaks the pattern, the Mother replies with the material's

response. Creation is dialogue: Lightning asks, Snake answers. Will

proposes, sensation disposes. The circuit is closed only when both

directions are active.

[92:15] [92:6] In yoga, the Snake is kundalini---the serpent

power coiled at the base of the spine, sleeping in most people,

awakening in practitioners. When kundalini rises, it passes through each

chakra, activating it, clearing blockages, until it reaches the crown

and unites with Shiva (pure consciousness). This union is samadhi,

enlightenment, the completion of the circuit.

[92:16] [92:7] The Snake is not merely passive reception. It is

active, transformative. Raw sensation at the root level becomes

organized perception at higher levels: not just "something touching my

hand" but "the texture of this wood, its temperature, its grain."

Each level refines the data, adding interpretation, extracting meaning.

By the time it reaches the crown, what was physical has become

knowledge.

[92:17] [92:8] Blocks in the Snake's path create blind

spots---not in vision only, but in all perception. If the sacral chakra

is blocked, sensuality is impaired; you can touch but not feel. If the

heart is blocked, you can see others but not connect with them. If the

throat is blocked, you can hear words but not understand their meaning.

The Snake teaches: healing perception heals the perceiver.

[92:18] [92:9] The Hebrew ×”×  (Han) means "Behold!"---the cry

of recognition when the ascending energy reaches the crown and the

Witness sees itself seeing. "As Moses lifted up the serpent in the

wilderness\..." The bronze serpent that healed the Israelites was a

symbol of the ascending Snake. To look upon it was to activate the

upward current, to allow the healing information from below to reach the

consciousness above. The serpent on the pole is the kundalini on the

spine; the healing is the restoration of the circuit. "Behold!" cries

the awakened soul.

[92:19] [92:10] Lightning without Snake is will without

feedback---the tyrant who commands but cannot perceive the consequences.

Snake without Lightning is perception without will---the paralyzed

observer who sees but cannot act. Human wholeness requires both: the

Father's descent and the Mother's ascent, the outbreath and the

inbreath, the word spoken and the echo returned.
